Ok been doing ww for 2 wks. I have lost 4#. Why am I scared? I feel like I will not lose. I have lost so many times. I cannot quit. My cholesterol is up. My fatigue is a drag. I need to stay healthy. I know 4# is the 1-2 per week so what's up w the fear? 
Nothing but time between now and then...just visualize how you're going to look then!!! Let the fireworks begin!!!!
Thanks for writing back to me. I like thinking I could be at goal by July. If I am even 1/2 way there I will be happy. I just get easily discouraged. On week 3 doin ww. Don't feel deprived, maybe that's why it feels like it should be impossible to lose. I am never hungry! Cool
