I don't exercise and have no reason to. I am the girl that everyone hates with the high metabolism who can't gain a pound if her life depended on it! I do ride my bike to work every morning but I don't really consider that exercise.
 
I swim 3 days a week and I just started a jogging program/weight circuit program for the other three.

Of course, that 6 days means that the alarm went off when it was supposed to and I'm healthy. ;)
 
I excercise at least 5 days a week even if its just a small amount

I give myself a break so I dont get overwhelmed....maybe some day Ill do 7, but for now 5 is good
 

This time last year it was 4-5 days a week. I've dropped down to 2 days a week when the weather is good.

How far is that? I'd certainly consider cycling to work and back exercise, depending on the distance. I'm sure your commute contributes to your high metabolism.
 
I don't have a set work-out routine, but I am on my feet, walking 40 hours a week at work and I have a very active 5 yr. old son. I stay in very good shape.:)

No disrespect, but exercise is for everyone, not just the ones who are overweight. Exercise benefits you whether you are fat or thin.

To answer the OP, I work out 3x per week. I work at and work out at a personal training studio.
 
No regular exercise here.
But I am a 1st grade teacher who RARELY gets to sit down, does that count?

I don't belong to a gym or anything, but DH & the kids do (the kids are on a year-round swim team there). Whenever I become overweight (hopefully never) I will start a regualr exercise regimen. For now, I've been blessed with a great metabolism, and heredity helps.
 
I am not a fan of exercise! But I just started fitlinxx, a weight machine program, and I love it. I try to go 4 X per week and I alternate lifting upper body machines one day and lower body the next. I need to do more cardio stuff. I walk, but not enough.
 
The smallest amount I exercise is three days a week, but if I have enough time I'll exercise up 6 days a week.

Weight loss is not the only reason to exercise! Everyone needs exercise, no matter how thin they are. You can be thin as a rail and still have a very unhealthy heart. Exercise also promotes a healthy immune system.
BTW, if you are riding a bike everyday you are most definitley exercising! :thumbsup2
 
Usually 5-6 times a week. I'm trying to get to 7x a week.
 
I don't go out of my way to exercise, but I do ride my bike to classes four days a week and then whenever I leave my building or come back I avoid the elevator and do five flights of steps instead.
 
I exercise about two times a week. I need to exercise more though. :rotfl: . During the summer I swim everyday, so I exercise a lot then =]
 
If you consider 'Getting out of Bed" exercising...Then EVERYDAY!:goodvibes
 
:rolleyes1 Well it depends on what kinda exercise you are talking about...:rolleyes1 I run ..do the bike...sit ups...jump on the trampoline etc about 3 times a week...but there is other exercise i consider much more than that weekly...woooo hooooooo:woohoo:

I don't do any formal exercising, but I do get some exercise just lugging my music equipment around. I would like to walk more, but need to get a knee replacement before I can do as much as I need to.
