I think Fantasia Mickey obviously rules, but I do really like 2013 Mickey too - modern but retro!

1935 looks closest to what I remember on the Mickey Mouse watch I once had, and bitterly miss. Sentimentally I have to chose that one.

1928 (Steamboat Willie) through 1983. He was a little more "everyman" feel.

Don't care for the computer generated look or the deformed 2013. 2023 seems more like the earlier ones.

1940s Mickey in general (not just in Sorcerer's Apprentice garb) I think is my favorite look, very classic and quintessential, although his art style in some cartoons in this decade was a bit inconsistent. Also partial to the 1983, as it seems to be the most similar to 1940 Mickey. I do however have a soft spot for pie-eyed Mickey (1929) and decorated my bathroom in this style.
