Today is National Chocolate Day, which is a perfect day to talk about our favorite chocolate Halloween candy. There’s so many good ones, that it would be difficult to pick just one, but that’s what we are going to do today. But before we do that, let’s find out what the 10 most popular chocolate Halloween candies are……

Yum…..they are all so good. What’s nice about Halloween candy, is that you have a little at a time and don’t have to commit to a big huge candy bar. So now it’s time to pick just one. Yes, you read that right, just one. No multiple choice today. I will be combining #9 & #10 together, so please post which one you chose. So, give us your chocolatey good answer today…..

If you are given a bowl of chocolate Halloween candy, and are allowed to take ONE piece, which one will you choose?

For Me…..,This is a tough one, but I can confidently say that it will be a 100 Grand Bar. I love them  I have no trick or treaters that come to the house, so I don’t buy any. My neighbors 7th grader isn’t going to be home, so I can’t count on her giving me one (she wasn’t home last year either), so this will be year 2 without having one . If I see her in the next few days, I’ll ask her to run me over one, and she will. We get together with our neighbors every Halloween and have been for probably 15 years. This is the second year where none of us have kids at home - it’s so weird. We went from all of us going out together to take all our girls trick or treating (7 girls) to now just us adults. This makes us all feel old. It’s kinda sad :sad1:

Halloween.....more anytime. My favorite bar is Milky Way Midnight, but we don't hand those out on Halloween.
We never buy the mini bars, we hand out full size bars. This year we won't be here to do that :( We'll have some disappointed kids.

If I had to pick from the list, it would be Snickers, but I don't eat milk chocolate anymore, only dark.

We don’t get Trick or Treaters usually, but if we do, I have Skittles for them.

My favorite chocolate Candy is Resee’s Peanut Butter Cups. It’s been a long time since I have had one!

I love Baby Ruth and Halloween is the only time I have them. I prefer the small bite size, but will take the fun size as well. I give out a mix of chocolate and other candy like skittles, air heads, and nerds.

This was a hard one but I picked Reese’s peanut butter cups they are by far and wide my favorite but I’ll tell you what my second choice is 100,000 bar they are so delicious if I see one in the store I’m picking it up pick up two❤️❤️❤️

I picked Reese's peanut butter cups from the list. I love Baby Ruth's and Almond Joy. My absolute favorite is Almond Snickers, but they are hard to find.

I buy lots of Twix for the trick or trickers because they are a big favorite. I think the shiny gold wrapper has something to do with it.

100 Grand Bar for me. Don’t see them very often anymore though. We stopped getting trick-or-treaters many years ago so I no longer buy candy for Halloween. Grandkids are all grown, and it’s too far for the great grands to come over.

Marie always tells me that I have never seen a chocolate that I don't like. I'm the sugar half of the household, Marie is the salt half.

I like most of those listed but picking one would be a Hershey bar, with almonds if possible. I think it's the only one there that has a somewhat classic bitter chocolate taste. Six of those listed would be good choices, but Hershey's would be number one.

@slo it looks like Butterfinger is on the list twice, alone and with Milky Way

My vote is Reese’s
Oh no….you’re right
I can’t change it now. It’s supposed to be Baby Ruth. I took some NyQuil last night and my brain was a little foggy this morning - LOL!

100 Grand and Kit Kat are faves from this list, but I went with Twix. That being said, I'd probably go for an Almond Joy if that were an option. I LOVE THOSE!

Edit- We also bought two of the big bags from Costco because we get TONS of kids and I decorate, so we usually get hit pretty hard. We have ALL of these candies :)

Voted for Snickers, but wouldn't say no to any of the choices except the Hershey bar. For plain chocolate I'm spoiled by what I've had in Europe (Hello Belgium!) and from a family friend who is a chocolatier.

They're all good, but I love a 100 Grand. Twix and Milky Way are good too.

For me I love the Reese Peanut Butter Cups, followed by 3 Musketeers (Frozen).

My daughter's B- day is 12/31. When I was pregnant with her, Nov was a month I was scolded for my weight gain! I overindulged with Halloween treats!

From that list I would be willing to pick one blindfolded and would not be disappointed!

If I was looking, maybe snickers would be first.

I love chocolate but shouldn’t be eating it. I would choose the classic plain M&Ms, because I can limit the portion and have just a few at a time when I want a sweet treat.

My current favorite candy bar is Reese’s Take 5.
