🍪 Cookies 🍪
I think everyone enjoys cookies.
Which leads me to ask……..

Do you have a cookie jar on your kitchen counter?
If yes, do you keep cookies on it?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I do not have a cookie jar on my kitchen counter.
I actually don’t keep cookies in my house - my DD19 and I don’t eat them/need them and my DH is now a diabetic and shouldn’t eat them. You can’t eat them if you don’t buy them, so therefore I don’t bring them in the house. I do enjoy baking Christmas cookies - I look forward to that every year. Back when I did buy cookies for my kids lunches, when they were in school, I never used a cookie jar - cookies go stale to fast - I vividly remember that when I lived at home and my mom kept cookies in a cookie jar. I used to open cookies and then put them in a ziploc bag to help keep them fresher longer - that seemed to work well.

No jars but I have a couple of cookie tins; one was given to me by my late grandmother who died in 1987 at the age of 107. I still have great memories of eating chocolate cookies out of that tin when I was a very little girl.

We used to have a cookie jar years ago when my kids were younger. I’m not sure what happened to it. DW probably just got tired of seeing it.

Supermarket cookies are kept in their packages, unless the package rips. Then they go into a covered Tupperware container or zip loc bag. The same for Homemade cookies.

I have a cookie ‘jar’ (actually a glass canister) that I do keep cookies in…currently Publix white chocolate macadamia nut cookies…yum

I have a Santa cookie jar that comes out at Christmas but never put cookies in it. Just Decor.

Don‘t buy cookies much anymore since the kids aren’t home . Bake lots at Christmas but they go in plastic bins to stay fresher and give away.

My aunt had a cookie jar that said "Thou shalt not steal" on it. I don't think it stopped anyone from grabbing a cookie. But it did make me feel guilty about it. ;)

My daughter gave me a cookie jar which matches my kitchen exactly, so I had to use it. I keep teabags in it. :)

I collect cookie jars I have several I’ve been collecting them for 40 years I do not keep cookies in my cookie jars but I do keep cookie cutters in them I have them on display on top of my kitchen cabinets I have several Disney cookie jars

Don’t have a cookie jar. I am minimalist when it comes to my kitchen counters, so I have no desire for one.

But I do think some of them are adorable!

I don’t have a cookie jar and don’t want one. We don’t keep cookies in the house and if I make some we eat them. If by chance I buy store bought cookies I just keep them in the package they came in.

Some cookie jars are super cute but I definitely don’t have a lot of extra counter space.

My mom collected cookie jars, so there are several in the house. However, Florida Bugs are very resourceful so we don’t put cookies in them.

I only have one cookie jar that belongs to me. It’s the Spaceship Earth one from Epcot. I like it just as a piece of art on the coffee table, but it also comes in handy to hold wrapped halloween or Christmas candy.

I don’t have one and don’t need one. As many have already said, cookies don’t stay fresh in them. I only bake for certain occasions and then use plastic storage containers.

I have one cookie jar on my counter. It is one from my childhood.....a green pepper. Cookies are not in it. It holds candy. The only cookies I buy are Oreos for the grand kids and they are in the pantry in a plastic container.
I do have 2 Mickey cookie jars up above my cupboards for decorations. Nothing in them.
And a Sorcerer Mickey on my bookshelf in my office....nothing in it

I have a cookie jar; it was given to me as a housewarming gift for my very first home about 100 years ago now. :goodvibes It doesn’t match the decor at all but it’s very sentimental, so it will probably always have a spot in my kitchen. It holds our passports and important receipts we don’t want to lose track of.

No cookie jar here. I am sure if I had one, I'd feel compelled to keep it stocked, which is the last thing I need!
I keep cookies in their original packaging, and then in a zip-lock bag to try and keep them fresh, but mostly we try not to buy cookies because they disappear so quickly!

No cookie jar on our counter. However I still have in a cabinet the one my Mom used, it always had her homemade chocolate chip cookies in it.
