I enjoy it either hot or cold. But, it has to be consumed when it is below 45 degrees outside. I can't fathom drinking it when it's in the mid-70's or above. I do miss the days of going to a local apple farm and getting fresh cider.

Yes to cider, hot, cold, mulled-just bring it on!!
Just bought a gallon jug of cider concentrate to be delivered to Elder Sis’ house for the holidays; easier than lugging a bunch of quart containers.

Currently, on the hunt for a nice English perry or French cidre to stock up on. Mom was a major lover of Martinelli’s and no winter holiday table was complete without it. Too sweet for me thus the perry/cidre look-see. Something must have happened because it was readily imported for a while and then *poofed*. Difficult to find American hard cider as well on this end 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I like it but only a small cup full at a time for reasons I won’t go into here.

I love ice cold apple cider. We buy a brand called Ziegler's. It's delicious. I buy it by the gallon, and since I'm the only one that likes it, it's all for me! I've had two gallons so far this season.:o

Love it mulled with spices and served hot with bourbon. We always have it for trick-or-treat both with and without bourbon. I make/serve it in my crock pot.

I've always liked apple cider.
When I was little and would go with my dad to pick up a gallon we'd get a cup of hot cider.
I buy it from the same place but I don't think they do the hot cider anymore and I don't usually heat mine up at home.
I've had it this season.
I do not add booze.

IDK if this is actually a thing or just me but while I also enjoy apple juice it seems to give me bad acid reflux were as the cider does not.

Apple orchards are a few hours away in either direction from where we live. It’s fun to go out there every year and pick up fresh pressed cider, pies and apples! 🍎 🍏🥧 Happy Fall! 🍁

It's ok. I may have a glass of cold cider (don't like hot) once a season, but if I skip it I am not upset.

I do like it with a donut, takes me back to Uncle John's Cider Mill in Jackson, Michigan. ::yes::

I can take or leave it. I prefer it to apple juice, though. Our first fall living in a warm climate, so it doesn't really seem "fall-like" this year.

I am a fan, and have it cold. There used to be a local farm/orchard that made it fresh each fall. They had a setup there with taps over a wooden trough, and you could buy a cup for a quarter and drink as much as you wanted. Practically across the street was another stand that made fresh donuts. So the plan was to go there first and get a bag of warm donuts and then go and drink the cider along with them.

Those places kind of spoiled me for both cider and donuts, and thus today I find I am often disappointed in both.

I like it during thanksgiving and that is about it - specifically the unfiltered and unpasteurized stuff than can turn hard under the right circumstances. That is pretty good stuff.

We usually get some in the fall from our local farmers market. I like it cold, hot with spices, but not mixed with alcohol. (I do like hard cider from several local places around here, but to me that's different from cider + booze)

Love it, hot or cold. Don't drink it because 24 g of sugar would blow up my blood glucose readings.

I love fresh apple cider direct from an orchard. It has to be refrigerated. I don't trust the apple cider in the grocery stores that is sitting out on racks in the produce department. We haven't bought any yet.
Yup, direct from an apple orchard. Unfortunately, we don't have any apple orchards in the area of the country where we live now, so I haven't had any this season yet. Last year we went up to Massachusetts/Connecticut, where we lived previously, and a trip to the orchard, and buying real apple cider was a "must do". Love it!

I love it. Hot cider is nice on a chilly fall evening, but I find that I actually prefer my cider cold. I highly recommend Trader Joe's spiced cider, as the spices are already added so no need to mess with your own mulling spices. I think it has just the right balance of spice, but YMMV. I don't drink "hard" cider as I am not an alcohol person.

I used to love getting the fresh pressed stuff at the apple orchards but nowadays am very wary of the unpasteurized nature of it (food poisoning is a big phobia of mine). It used to be hard to find a proper substitute at the grocery store but now that I discovered the Trader Joe's stuff I am all set.

Not a fan but I do like apple flavored desserts:)
