Christmas is at the end of THIS week.
Hanukkah is right now
Lots of holiday fun this week.

How’s it going with your holiday wrapping?
Are you done?
How many people do you wrap gifts for?

(Multiple choice)

For Me…..I still have a little more to do - wrapping takes me forever.
I have 13 people to wrap gifts for, which isn’t many, but I have several gifts for each person.
I’m not a fan of gift bags, and I won’t use them unless I have no choice. Starting in September I start saving all the Amazon boxes and packing material, so every gift has a box. I do use ribbon and bows which adds to the wrapping time. I don’t like wrapping (it ranks right up there with how much I hate ironing - LOL!), but I do love how it all looks when it’s done ❤️✅

I just send virtual gift cards. No wrapping needed. I will send some virtual Christmas cards this week. I am so over trying to mail stuff to get there in time for Christmas.

I have not started. I wrap for about 7 these days plus I also usually wrap for DH’s birthday at the same time. His birthday is between Christmas and New Year’s.

I actually enjoy it a little unless there is too much and I am exhausted.

I’m mostly done. I did this yesterday. I wrap between 6-10 people but most have multiple gifts. I’m usually a bag person but this year most got paper wrapped. I’m still waiting for some gifts to come by mail and I still have a few more to buy this week.

Excellent wrapper here - ribbons and bows and everything - wrap Christmas Eve day or about 2am Christmas morning - that is when I have the time - help ?🤣🤣🤣🤣 as much as I received purchasing the gifts !🤣🤣🤣
Luckily this year I don’t have much to wrap - but I do wrap everything including stocking stuffers - no matter how big or small - you see I’m running a surplus on paper going on ten plus years so I wrap everything and I’ve been banned from purchasing any more paper under penalty of death 🤣🤣 so I wrap everything - I think I’m down to 50 rolls of paper 👍 I’ll die still having Christmas paper - I have every size known to man if boxes and bags and all colors of rainbow of ribbon - so send me your packages I’ll wrap for you I got tons of paper - kids / adults / Disney you name it I got it ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I haven’t wrapped gifts for well over 25 years. Everything goes into gift bags or heavy duty holiday themed boxes that can be reused.

I was never good at wrapping and I’m too lazy to do it anyway. And I don’t like all the waste of wrapping paper.

Gift bags for 6 or 7 people. None of it is done yet. It’s usually a day or two before Christmas.

I’m done wrapping but have one bag left to get for a calendar. I usually wrap it , this person asks every year for one so this time I’m adding gluten free food with it for my father in law.

I too have way to much wrapping paper because I buy those Costco size rolls. They are never ending , at least they are now double sided. No bows because must travel and they get crushed or our cat takes them off so I gave up.

Always reuse the boxes and recycle paper that can be so don‘t buy foil paper.

I believe we have just one or two gifts to wrap. The rest have already been done and we did father-in-law's Christmas over this past weekend. We also got cards last week too mailed off ones we normally do and signed/got ready the other ones. We have gift bags but don't use them too too often, mostly for odd shaped things that will fit well enough in a bag but not well enough for wrapping or a box. Seems we reuse Amazon boxes the most and wrap those. We still have a ton of wrapping paper left over from years ago purchasing.

I don’t really wrap. I put in bags. I also have family who don’t believe in wasting paper and don’t want wrapped or bagged gifts.
I have found myself thinking about that too in recent years. I still like wrapping paper but I'd be fine to receive gifts without it. I agree there is something there about waste. I do try to keep the scraps of the wrapping paper, they are good for filling in gaps if you miscalculate wrapping, we've used them in the past for labels, etc.

One thing I try to reduce is tissue paper usage. I know a lot of people like to put a lot in the bag or the box to fill it out. That I try to save and reuse later on. I'm pretty much the only one who does that out of my husband's family but when I see 6,7,8+ sheets just used for the top part to be fluffed out I see no reason to just throw that away. We have a bag in the basement (a bag that is to crinkled, creased, etc to use as a gift) that holds leftover tissue paper. If it's in good condition it gets reused for the more visual part of the gift, if it's creased, folded, etc itself we use it for more delicate items that are put in a box or other bag.
