Self help books are very popular and many people read them. My boss is one of those people - he is always reading a new self help book. The ones he reads are about health - sleeping, breathing, eating and etc. The breathing one he reads seems interesting, and I may see if I can get it for Kindle at the library. There’s a bazillion self help books - something for everybody and about everything. Do you read them? We’ll find out soon. If you’ve never heard of self help books, here’s something about them….

I’m sure like anything, there’s some really great self help books out there (ones that truly help people) and some bad ones (ones that make someone worse instead of better). I hope the ones you all read are good ones. Speaking of reading them, I now want to know who’ve read self help books. So tell us today……
Have you read any self help books?
If yes…..how many?
If yes…..when looking at the 4 types discussed above, what type(s) did you read)?
(multiple choice)
*Please post any self help books you read and especially ones you would recommend for others to read.
For Me……I have read one self help book in the 90s and it was Stop the Insanity by Susan Powter. My boss keeps telling me how I should read the ones he has read, but I know I would find them boring. I told him he can explain the books to me in 10 minutes or less and then I’m good
Self help books are just not for me.
