Slinky Dog, frequent downtime?

Is it rather common for SDD to go down early in the morning? Or just anytime of the day?

We haven't been in the last year, but before that i don't recall it being down for any of our trips.
It was always open at RD.

From the many posts I have seen it's been a more common "random" issue lately.

It seems to go down with the least amount of rain, at least when we have gone in the past that was the case.

If it gets really cold it will go down as well

I've never seen it closed. But cold does effect coasters are usually slower in the morning and warm up, and speed up, as the day goes on. So with Slinky being a launch they might be playing it cautious to prevent a rollback. I know in my last trip I thought we were going to because it didn't feel like we were going to have enough momentum to clear the hill after the second launch. We did though.
