Slinky dog at early entry?

How bad is SDD lines at early entry? We are going next week.
Very busy, very quickly.
It's in the top 2-3 "get to first" DHS attractions.

MUCH MORE specific information regarding Early Entry in the Early Entry thread>> HERE.

As you enter the park, its about even of people headed to RoTR and SDD (the line builds very quickly for both). MMRR is probably 3rd

Once the newness of MMRR wears off. Then I would expect MMRR will no longer be pay to ride, but SDD will. Wait times for SDD still seem to be longer than MMRR most days.

We were at WDW 2.5 weeks ago. We did SDD at early entry. We were at DHS a few minutes before 8:30 and they had already let people in, so we were a little behind the curve, but we still only waited about 20 minutes. After SDD, we walked straight onto Alien Spinning Saucers and then headed to Toy Story mania with about a 15 minute wait. By the time we finished with TSM, SDD was an hour and TSM was 45 minutes.

Second week of November we were in line by 8:20 on two separate days and the wait was roughly 15-20 minutes once the line started moving at 8:30. As a visual, the line had not yet reached the giant Woody either morning by the time we entered it.

I was there last week, 11/16, waiting in line for M&MRR for early entry. At 8:29, before the ride queues open, the line reached The Little Mermaid show.

Returned home yesterday - get there early for EE - the queue area gets congested with folks waiting for “rope drop”
