"slim jims" are okay on atkins right?

I keep these in my desk at work when I get the munchies. ANd I am just frustrated because I have been on Atkins for 4 weeks now, and I am not seeing the progress that most are.

Slim Jims are fine- but they do have carbs! Make sure you are counting them too!

make sure they are not sugar cured. We looked at slim jims and decided they were not going to work for induction...can't remember why now.
