Slim in Six

Has anyone ever used Slim in Six? I ordered it two weeks ago. I cleasned my system to get a fresh start this week. I started the workout yesterday and let me tell you, I'm sore today. I think this is a great work out program. If interested go to Slim in Six

I haven't tried SI6, but I read the forums over at www.videofitness.com (they're down this week for maintenance)and many people have had great things to say about the workouts! Good luck and let us know how you like them!
