Has anyone done the sleigh rides at Fort Wilderness in December? We'll be there 12/3-10 and I'm not sure if that's too early to see the camps decorated for Christmas.
Would love to hear some experiences and if it's worth it!
Thanks!

You can do the horse-draw WAGON rides, for sure.
They trot through decorated camper sites.
Very inexpensive, too.

Whether or not it's too early to see the camp sites decorated is dependent on the campers, since they're the ones who decorate their sites.

We did it the week after Thanksgiving a few years ago and there were tons of lights. It was great!

Looks like the "sleigh" rides are already available for booking, as noted on Disney's own website:

"Holiday sleigh rides depart from the main entrance of Crockett's Tavern at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground every 30 minutes and are offered nightly during the month of December.

Due to their seasonal nature, reservations are strongly recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-PLAY, or (407) 939-7529."

I'd forgotten about these - think we might book one for our next vacation over the holidays.
