It is not listed as a participating quick service for 2012 dining plan.

But that doesn't mean it isn't. Sleepy Hollow is not listed as a QS location, but a snack place or kiosk. All of those aren't listed on the DDP. I know the last picture I saw of the menu board after they made the changes to the waffle sandwiches did have the DDP snack logo next to several items. If they accept snack credits for drinks and cheaper items, they may also have a way to do a QS meal there.

OP if you don't get confirmed answers here, I'd plan on making a stop and asking when you get there.

I tried Sleepy Hollow for the first time a couple of weeks ago and yes, I used a quick serve credit...The sandwich was different and delicious!!! I had the Ham, Prosciutto, and Swiss...Going back for Christmas and I'm looking forward to trying the Nuttella with Fruit Waffle Sandwich!!!

Yes, I got a ham, prosciutto, and swiss waffle sandwich with some sort of spread that was great...and i got a drink and i chose grapes instead of chips...
