Anyone know the slaw dressing they use or a close recipe? I've tried several copycat recipes and one of my own, but they're all a little off with the slaw. I think the chicken is off a bit too, but I knew that going in as I'm just using frozen chicken tenders for now till I get the slaw thing down.

in the slaw? I hadn't noticed. Wasn't planning on craving it when I got back so didn't pay close attention.

I've never eaten it, but I can tell by pictures it's definitely broccoli.

Broccoli is also the primary vegetable in the slaw used in the Lighthouse Sandwich at Columbia House.

FWIW, broccoli is a member of the cabbage 'family'.

When I had the sandwich, I thought the slaw was pretty bland compared to what I make. It tasted mainly of carrots and mayonnaise. No bite of celery seeds or black pepper or onion. If it was broccoli instead of cabbage, I couldn't tell. It did cool down the spiciness of the breading on the chicken, which I guess was its primary purpose.

What is it with WDW and broccoli?! Just for once I'd like a different vegetable with my meals.

I like my personal coleslaw recipe, but was trying to imitate something I can't quite capture. It might just be the spiciness of the chicken. I didn't think to analyze it while I was eating it, but now that I think of it, I think that's it.

Saw this Recipe Video but the photos def look like broccoli slaw. That is the only kind of slaw I make, the raw already cut broccoli etc is easily found in the bagged salad area at grocery, just needs your dressing added.
