Just a quick question. Is there such thing as too much sleep? I have the worst time getting up in the a.m. and I am sleeping anywhere from 8-10 hours a night!! I need to start working out, but I can't bring myself to get up in the morning and by the time I get home from work at 6 and make dinner, I just want to relax. Any help
