Skyliner-where do you have to exit and reboard?

Which spots on the Skyliner route do you have to exit and reboard? We would like to ride it in a few weeks and are trying to decide what our best option is to see the whole route. Can you ride from Epcot all the way down to Pop in one trip? Would we then have to exit at Pop?

I was thinking about a sundae at Beach Club and then riding from Epcot stop down to Pop. From Pop to Caribbean Beach and then HS. We could ride back up to Epcot or take a water taxi from HS to Epcot.

Will that work?

Caribbean Beach is the main transfer station so to and from pop you would have to get off and transfer there but it is totally doable if the skyliner is open in a few weeks.
