Skyliner to get from Boardwalk to Riviera

We are staying in Boardwalk Villas, and we have a Topolino's Terrace Breakfast at 9:45am (in Riviera)
Normally, I would think Skyliner is best way to get from Boardwalk to Riviera, but is the Skyliner operational in the morning early enough for me to make my reservation? On that day, Epcot is scheduled to open at 11am (second week of June).

Any other option?
I will Uber/Lyft if I have to.

It sure would be nice for Disney to put up hours of operation of the skyliner (or at least estimated hours).

When I was there in March, the Skyliner opened 1 hour prior to Epcot's opening. Epcot's opening was 11am.

You could walk to Studios Skyliner. It should be open 1 hour prior to Studio's park opening.

Currently the IG Skyliner station opens at 10 AM since Epcot does not open until 11 AM. You could walk to HS since it is scheduled open at 9 AM which puts the Skyliner line running by 8:05-8:15 AM on that segment.

Ok thanks. so I guess walk to HS, Skyliner, walk from CBR to Riveria.

Or I just thought I could take a friendship boat from boardwalk to HS, then skyliner, then walk from CBR to Rivera. I'm in no hurry, so I think I could do that too.

Yea Friendship boats are an option just may take a little longer as other guests are trying to get to HS for opening so you might have to wait for a second boat due to reduced capacity (social distancing).

You should be able to take the Skyliner to the Rivera and just change at the CBR station.

You can go to HS as others have said, however, when we were there a couple of weeks ago, if you told them you had a breakfast reservation, they would let you on. We were waiting in line for the Skyliner to Epcot at Riviera from about 9:15 on and saw maybe 5 or 6 parties get off before they started letting us on around 9:50. We also saw them let people on early to get to Epcot if they said they had a breakfast reservation at one of the Epcot Resorts.
