Skyliner Resort Guests-VIPs @ DHS & Epcot

wdwmagic has a great picture illustrating how close Skyliner Resort Guests will be to the DHS turnstiles compared to the new Bus Depot(some stops will be as far as some of the current temporary stops).

And,of course,Skyline Resort Guests will be deposited steps away from the IG at Epcot.

I think this is going to be HUGE,especially in the "exhaustion" of Guests at Park Close.

I wonder if the first two bus loops will be the Disney hotel buses, and the last, and farthest away loop, will be for all of the other non-Disney hotel buses?

Yes. There are lids on the Disney bus stops, not on the others.

No doubt the Gondola is closer, but it will only be for CBR- Pop- AoA and the Riv. I would probably still take the boat if I were at YC/BC or Boardwalk. Will definitely take the gondola if going from Epcot to HS.

Its the building with the mint green top on the left of the water. At the very top of the bus loop, in this picture.

If the boat in the pix is at 12 o’clock the gondola load/drop off would be the building at 8 o’clock. You can also see the line of 3 grey gondola towers which go through the parking lot up to the gondola station.
I’ll miss the former bus loop to the left of the entrance - those stops were nice and close to DHS’s entry, the new stops are quite a bit further away & Disney hasn’t made the hike any pleasanter by planting palm trees which offer very little shade.

Do you know where the gondola drop off will be at the IG at EPCOT? I hope that the drop off will be after security. That little security section does not seem to be able to handle the amount of people coming through the gondola system.

A lot of details are in this thread. It is thought no it won’t but Disney is currently in process of reworking the security there.

At least the DHS busses are much, much closer to the gondola station than the extreme distance from the Epcot monorail to the Epcot busses
