Skyliner or Uber/Lyft

Staying at AOA in November (hopefully...). Is the Skyliner running early enough (currently from Pop) for me to make a 9am B/f reservation at the Riviera, or should I Uber/ Lyft?? TIA

Last I heard Skyliner wasn't starting until 9am or very shortly before. I would plan on alternate transportation. Even if it started at 8 I probably wouldn't chance it, I waited almost 25 minutes at the AoA/Pop stop, then another 15 at the CBR station, of course I'm also early for everything.
