Skyliner for Rope Drop

Good afternoon! I have seen several posts about not relying on the Skyliner for rope drop. Looking for confirmation if there is bus service to DHS from AoA in the EARLY morning if one wants to be there for rope drop. And how crazy busy is the skyliner hub at CBR in the early morning?

CBR hub threads people in from all sides, so it's not like you get shafted. We just did the Skyliner at rope drop and ended up sitting outside of a bygone temperature check for another 15 minutes, which will be replaced by security waits now. It varies but they shoot for letting people in the park 30 minute before opening, the day we were there it ended up around 8:25.

I could be wrong but I don’t think there’s early morning bus service to DHS from AoA. Assuming you don’t have your own car, if you don’t want to risk the Skyliner, your only other choice is cab/rideshare.

I could be wrong but I don’t think there’s early morning bus service to DHS from AoA. Assuming you don’t have your own car, if you don’t want to risk the Skyliner, your only other choice is cab/rideshare.

No you are correct no Bus Service to DHS from AoA unless the Sklyliner has operational issues like high winds or lightning.

Here at AoA now. There IS currently bus service to DHS and Epcot both due to high demand on skyliner.

I should add, there was yesterday and today both and the cms we spoke to made it sound like it wouldn’t be ending soon

That was a rumor for the last couple of months that the buses would return. Thanks for the update.

It really makes sense because when the Skyliner is down in the morning the rush of Guests back to the bus area was dangerous.

Yes they’re running them from AOA but not Pop.

AoA has had normal bus service running to DHS and and Epcot since AoA reopened.
