Skyliner for early Topolino’s Terrace adr?

We are going to Disney July 5-11. I have been trying to decide if I should book an early adr (around 8ish) at Topolino’s Terrace on our HS morning. Galaxy’s Edge is not a big deal for us but I would still like to get to the park as soon as possible. My question is would the Skyliner be running early enough for us to go from Pop to Rivera that early? Anyone have any experience with this. Our only other option would be Minnie van (youngest would need a carseat). Thanks.

Yeah, you should be fine, even if it starts operating at 7:30. Just bear in mind that coming from Pop, you will have to transfer at Caribbean Beach for the Epcot/Riviera line. Altogether it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.
