Skyliner Closure Questions

Hi all-

Sorry if this has been asked before...

My upcoming trip to WDW, staying at Pop Century, is my first since the Skyliner opened. We found out a week after we booked the Skyliner will be closed for most of our trip. Now I am rereading the alert. Since I have no previous experience with all of this, I can't really figure out what may or may not be available...

"From Sunday, Jan. 23 through Thursday, Jan. 28, 2022, the Disney Skyliner line between EPCOT International Gateway, Disney’s Riviera Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will be closed. During this time, Disney bus transportation will be provided for Guests to EPCOT. "

So am I to assume (and yes, I know what happens when you assume) that I will NOT be able to get to Epcot from Pop, but I WILL be able to get to The Studios? My lack of experience is letting me down here.

There is a Skyliner hub at the Caribbean Beach Resort. You will be able to take the Skyliner from POP to that hub where you will take the Skyliner to The Studios.

Correct! The skyliner will continue to run from Pop/AoA to the Caribbean Beach hub station. From there you will only be able to transfer to the HS line. The Epcot line will be closed(which also means you will not have skyliner access to Riviera resort or the Boardwalk area.

actually, you could walk the 15 min from HS to the boardwalk and access it from that skyliner drop

With the Skyliner closed they'll have buses running to Epcot. You can get there, just not on the Skyliner.
