Good day all. I have been hearing a lot about Skyauction and was wondering if anyone had any experience good/bad/otherwise with this. Is it fairly easy to use? Is it actually available to Canadians? It is my understanding that another online service like this, Priceline, is not available if you do not have mastercard - does this also have limitations? Any tips or advice? Or is this something better left untouched?

I appreciate any/all advice that might be available. I would love to try and get to WDW in April but finances and the budget is pretty tight and I thought that perhaps this may be an alternative way to book.

Thank you in advance. :earseek:

We used Skyauction for the first part of our trip at the end of October. It is available to Canadians-You do need a credit card to pay for your winning auctions(I'm not sure if they do PayPal.. they may).
We had no problems with the transaction although we weren't very happy with what we got- Westgate Vacation Villas, 2Bdrm villa. It was a great price.. just wasn't the greatest accomodations. A little dirty for my tastes. But I guess overall for the value(just under $80US for the two nights) it was worth it.

I used Skyauction for 2 condos last April and they were great. Skyauction is very easy to use. I won a RSG(ready, set, go) auction for my week at Silver lake for $261US. It was a 2 bedroom unit that my sister and her family stayed in. Very nice. My other auction was for one week at Orange lake and I paid $450US for it. The place was beautiful.
