Skyauction questions

I used SkyAuction for the first time on my last trip in 2005. I see things have changed since then! I still think it might be the best route for my family of 6. This trip we will likely be traveling with extended family as well. I will be responsible for booking the accommodations. I know I can bid on up to 5 certificates, but is there any way to know if I can get two 3 bedroom units at the same resort? Do I just hope I get lucky? This is the most stressful part of trip planning! We are going in late September or October of next year, if that helps availability any.
