Skyauction - Can I choose my dates AND resort?

Hi all. Trying to get brave enough to try Skyauction and have emailed their customer service but haven't heard back yet. My question is this: if I win an auction, can I then choose my travel dates AND resort from the list of available choices or would I only be able to choose the travel date and 'hope' that I get the resort I want? I would definitely need a 2 bedroom but there are also 1 bedrooms listed for the same date, so will I be able to specify a resort with 2 bedrooms? Thanks for any advice!

With a ready, set, go auction, you can put a 'reserve' on the property and dates that you want when you 1st bid. If it is available when you win the auction, you get it.

If for some reason it is no longer available, you do not have to take the auction.

It depends on the type of auction you want.

If it is a multiple resort auction then it will have available dates at that resort listed in the auction as well as unit type.

Once you win the auction you will be able to select the resosrt from a list of resorts for that auction and manually enter in your dates. Then it takes about 48 hours for Skyauction to confirm that your dates are available at that resort. It does happen where a resort listed on an auction will not be available once you go to book. Skyauction will sometimes try to get you into antoehr resort if your choice is not available as they have more inventory then listed in the current aucitons. If by chance they can't get your dates confirmed for you then there will be no charge as they don't process the charge until your dates are confirmed, unless it's a RSG auction.

Thanks so much for the replies. I'm trying to take the kids to Hilton Head the end of June without spending a small fortune and Skyauction seems like it's the best way to go. I haven't found anything yet on the Ready Set Go auctions but I'll keep looking. Thanks again!
