Can anyone help me? We won an auction on SA last evening at 8 pm. Within a half an hour I submitted my request and information for the dates I wanted. It is now 24 hours later and I have not recieved an e-mail with my itinerary. How long does it normally take to get this info? This was my first time with SA. Does it ever happen that the dates you request are not available? I checked the hotel website and they show availability.

you problem might be .....

you won the auction on friday night....

they are not open on the weekend....so anything you get from them before monday will be automated....

if you are still concerned.....call them at 1-800-929-9929 first thing on monday morning ......they have always been very helpful when we called...
