Ski Vail - Vail Village Condo Available

Hi -

We have a condo (large studio with loft) with full kitchen and fireplace in downtown Vail Village. This is walking distance to the VistaBahn lift, the main access to the best ski mountain on the planet. Plus, you are in the middle of world-class shopping and dining. No car necessary. Very comfortable, even for non-skiers. Many dates available - 25 DVC points a night - PM for more details.

Hi Skibum,

25 points a night seems a bit high. I am looking at either the first two weeks in Feb or Late March/early April for 5 nights. What would be the total cost for Feb vs. April? I know that April is value season out west so I would hope the cost would be significantly less. Also, what is the name of the condo complex?...do they have a website?

Keep in mind that this is a large studio with a private sleeping loft located in Vail - the best ski mountain and best ski village. This is not Keystone or Winter Park.
Plus it is in the Village - 1/2 block west of the Covered Bridge - so you are staying in the middle of all the dining and shopping, while having the convenience of walking to the main lift. Most places you can trade with are a mile to three miles to ten miles away, requiring you to get on a bus to come into town or go skiing.
Based on these factors, the price is appropriate. After April 3rd, the price would come down. The ski mountain is open until April 23rd, and personally, I love the late season skiing (soft snow and no crowds).
