Does anyone have a pair of the Skecher GoWalks? I tried a pair on in the store today, and they were really comfy. But then I looked online and see there are many different styles I didn't see in the store. And who has the best price?

I have a pair. I got them last fall @ Kohls. There was a sale, plus I had a coupon. Then when I got to the register, the lady said she would give me another $10 off for waiting in the line so long (it wasn't that bad). Out the door, it was $30. There are many new styles and colors out for this summer/spring. I like QVC, they have a very good selection.

I have a pair of GoWalk 2s that I love. They are not the most attractive pair of shoes, but I've been able to wear them all day, even at Disney, with no break-in period and no rubbing. They have nice cushioning in the sole, so I find them very comfortable for standing for long periods. I have high arches, and find they have better support in that area than many shoes - not anything outstanding, but better than average for casual shoes.

One piece of advice I have is to be sure to try on the exact style and size you are looking to purchase. I got mine at a Sketcher's Outlet store, so they had just about every style available to try on. I found some Go Walk styles rubbed the bottom of my ankle horribly in just a few steps, others were OK, and others - like the GoWalk 2s - were great.

I have these, bought them at the Skechers Outlet in Destin. I can't even tell you how comfy they are. I had them a week before a marathon Disney trip, and no problems at all. Memory foam gel insoles are the way to go! The tongue doesn't move around, nothing to tie, just slip them on and off you go.

Chill Out Elation

I have 2 (or three, can't remember) pairs. Normally, I HATE sketchers. They can be so uncomfortable for my feet. However, the GoWalks are the BEST, most comfortable shoes I have found besides my Ryka walking shoes. They are amazing!

I just bought the skechers air shoes. Memory foam foot bed and air pockets on sole. OMG. They are amazing! I have rheumatoid arthritis and my right foot has a lot of damage. The squishy foot bed makes it feel SO much better!

I have RA as well, but no joint damage yet (apparently have some heel spurs though ... wonderful). Skechers are one of the few brands of shoes that I've worn consistently throughout the past 10 years for work and "normal" life. They have the arch support I need for my high arches (again, something I didn't know I had until my rheumatologist had x-rays done) and the new ones are so light you barely feel them. I have a pair of the GoRun shoes as well, but I'm not sure if I like them or not. I don't think they have enough padding for running for me, but walking in them is OK even without the memory foam insoles.

I have plantar facitis and own several of the go walk 2. Wore a pair at WDW and never felt anything. Nice and roomy in the toes. I bought a few of go walks regular and feet hurt after awhile. I found a black pr and white ones. The have very vibrant colored ones but the styles are getting cuter.

Same here! My feet love GoWalks and Rykas.

I have a pair that are very comfy. I am not crazy about the color (Orange) but the comfort makes up for that. I got them at Kohls when they were on sale plus I had a 30% off code, I think I paid like $30 after all the discounts. They didn't have all the colors/styles in all sizes, so that's why I had to get a color I don't love. Now that I know that particular style fits, I'm likely to order it in another color somewhere else.

Do you guys wear them with or without socks?

The reviews for these shoes make me want to try them but I really don't want to wear socks with them.

Anytime I wear regular athletic shoes without socks the shoes get that stinky feet smell quickly. Do these do the same or do they breathe enough that it shouldn't be a problem?

I always wear socks because I seem to get blisters very easily. Since I started to where moisture whisking socks with any shoes I can, I have had less issues.

Sam's club had them for $30 a couple of weeks ago, but the one near me sold out in like 2 days.

I've been obsessed with getting a pair of these Skechers Go walk shoes for the last couple weeks. I tried them on in Kohls and decided I would look online for a better deal. I ended up ordering them from Sears. Paid $49. But last second I changed styles from the ones I tried on in the store. I ordered slip on ones with elastic across the front. Which I thought would be adjustable. But it isn't. And I had originally tried on tie up sneakers. So my heel slips a little bit when I walk. And I like a PP get blisters really easy. So I don't know if I want to risk it or not. But they are soooo comfy. I know I'll love them. But I just have to get the right size.

Off topic but by the way jenniy122 I love your avatar picture! I love Fraggle Rock and the Doozers are soo cute!!

I wear the with and without socks. I don't lie wearing shoes without socks. They're comfortable either way.

Does anyone with flat feet have experience with the GoWalks? I have only a slight arch and I get achy feet VERY fast. Crocs usually work great. Well our last trip my croc flip flops gave me the worst blisters ever. It was weird because I never had problems before wearing them. So I am looking for something different for my next Disney trip. I am hoping GoWalks will work for me.

I have completely flat feet, we are talking flat as a pancake, and I love my GoWalks! I am wearing them right now actually. I would highly recommend them. I know exactly what you mean about the achy feet and I have never had that problem. I have taken 2 mile walks in them, but I haven't worn them to Disney yet. I am going in Dec though and am planning on getting a pair for the trip.

Well I ran out and bought a pair today because of this thread! We go to Disney on Wednesday. I'm hopeful that they will work better than other shoes that I have worn in the past.
