Size of Verandah

Hello All,

I'm trying to find information that i can't dig up anywhere.

Is a verandah room the same as an ocean view with a balcony attached? As in, the sq ft of the rooms includes the verandah on the website. I don't necessarily think the verandah/balcony is living space, so i wanted a better picture of the actual room size between the most basic verandah and the ocean view on the Disney Wonder.

The Oceanview Staterooms are 215 sq.ft..
The deluxe ocean view stateroom with verandah room is 268 sq.ft. so the verandah is 53 sq.ft..
The deluxe family ocean view stateroom with verandah is 304 sq.ft. but the verandah is still 53 sq.ft., the extra 36 sq.ft. is between the verandah door and the end of the couch with an extra chair in those staterooms.
