Size of rooms at the Paradise Pier? Will we be disappointed after staying at the DLH?

We are planning a trip to DL next April before the Disney Wonder's 15 night cruise to Hawaii and we were planning to stay at Paradise Pier but I just saw a video walk through of a room on another Disney website and I must say, I was surprised at the size of the room. We stayed at the DLH this past April in a refurbished room in the Wonder Tower and it was huge. I'm not sure if we just got lucky or if that is the size of a regular room at DLH (it was our first stay there) so when I saw the video of the Paradise Pier room, I thought it seemed small (like a regular hotel room) and I wondered if I should switch our reservation to the DLH?

For anyone that has stayed at both the DLH and the Paradise Pier, are the rooms at PP a lot smaller than at the DLH?

Thanks in advance

In the past PPH was definitely the hotel with the biggest normal rooms.

I'm not sure that they made the rooms bigger at DLH, I don't think so. Our room, pre-refurbishment, at DLH was smaller than any room we've been in at PPH. (and our room at the Grand was the smallest)

Thanks....Maybe we lucked out and got a huge room at DLH....we were in the Wonder Tower, 5th floor, overlooking the pool areas that were under construction. We thought our room was bigger than the one we had at the Grand Californian on a previous trip.

I haven't been in the renovated rooms at the DLH, but we found the PPH rooms bigger than our room at the DLH (prior to the renovations). Very spacious!

I've stayed at all three hotels and PP rooms are the biggest, in my opinion. GC rooms are so small!

I agree with others who posted here. Paradise Pier has the largest rooms, DLH second and GCH the smallest of the three.

Having said that we are staying at GCH again in September. I thought the walk from Paradise Pier was too far - or it could be that I'm getting old!
