Size of rooms AKV

Aside from all the other perks of concierge at AKV; are the rooms larger?
Are they all on the top floor?
Trying to decide if it is worth the extra points, for a studio. And what percent are savannah view? If anyone has been lucky enough to get the concierge studio, let me know your thoughts.

The Concierge rooms should be decent sized and yes, they are all on the top floor. I think I saw where the split between savanna view and pool view was something like 60/40. So, while you can request savanna view, it is not guaranteed with Concierge. We will be making our first stay in a Concierge level 1 bedroom in March, so I have no direct experience yet.

The Concierge villas are the same size as the Standard View and Savanna View villas in Jambo House (the Lodge building). The Value villas are smaller than the other booking categories. The Concierge villas occupy the 6th floor of Jambo House. There are a total of five 2BR lockoffs. A 2BR lockoff can be rented out as a 2BR or "locked off" and rented as two separate villas, a 1BR and studio. Three of those 2BR lockoffs face the Sunset Savanna the other two face the pool area. As Diane said, you can request a savanna view but it's not guaranteed. I expect Concierge level will always be sold out so as Diane said, 40% of those who book a Concierge villa will be looking at the pool and not at the Sunset Savanna. Concierge level is scheduled to open Dec 1st so there are no first-hand reports yet.
