We have a one way flight scheduled for October 19 from MCO on SW. With the issues this weekend, I am trying to decide if I should buy new tickets on another airline or have a one way car rental back home. Sixt has an unbelievable $100/per day price. Is this a trustworthy company?

Sixt is a highly reputable company. They are best known in Europe, but have significantly expanded their presence stateside in the past few years.

My mother just rented from Sixt. From what I gathered, it sounded like they may have subbed the rental out to an offsite company (offsite at Orlando- what???). She said there were all kinds of problems with the rental, lots of upselling, and they even wanted her to sign a waiver saying she would have the car washed and detailed inside before returning the vehicle.

Wow, never heard of them doing that before. Very strange.
