How many locations can you visit on a site visit? We can't seem to get our list less than 6 :(

I've a feeling it is 1 or 2 ceremony sites and possibly 3 reception venues.

What venues are you thinking of, many you can visit on your own?

We're looking to see these locations:
Whitehall Room
Living Seas Saloon
Disney Wedding Chapel
Ariels
The Attic
Atlantic Dance Hall

ADH we can probably nix as I don't think we'll have the guest count for it.

Our original plan was SBP and one of the Epcot area reception locations because I'm not a WP fan at all. However, in talking to a few friends who got married there none of them were WP fans either until they actually saw it and now I'm wondering if I"m doing myself a disservice by not at least checking it out.....the advantage of it being weather-proof is REALLY tempting.

You can visit the WP on your own also the WHR and Ariels as long as they aren't in use.

Yeah, I would narrow your choices to 3 that you can't see on your own, like LSS, the Attic and Ariel's or the WP. You can peek thru the bars at Ariel's, and you can go into the WP if there's no wedding happening, so maybe pick the one you're more interested in seeing. You can go into ADH on your own too, at night or sometimes in the afternoon when they're getting ready.

Thanks all, will try to narrow it down. Attic and LSS for sure. Fingers crossed we're more decisive when we're there than we are right now, lol.

We had no interest in the wedding pavilion and didn't have it on our site visit list. Nevertheless, our coordinator offered us the chance to see it anyway since nothing else was going on at the time.

When I went for my site visit, we had four people in addition to my fiancé and myself. So six all together. Cheri was our consultant and she was very accommodating. The only thing is that the vehicle you take will only fit four, so if you have more than that you would just need to have some of your party follow in their vehicle. I would just call them and give them a heads up!
