Sit & stand or Stroller - PLEASE HELP

Can your kids nap in the joovy??.
No. Joovy dosen't have much of a recline....and it takes up a bit of the sitting area when it's in full recline.

But our kids don't nap in strollers anyway. Have tried at Atlantis and Disney, no luck. The times we have gotten them down for a bit in a stroller, it turns into unsettled sleep for all that night.

I don't think I'd take a SnS to Disney. I'll be going in Spring when my stroller kids will be 4 and 1, and we plan on taking our Mac Quest and a City Mini. The SnS is just too hard to manueveur in crowds.

We bought a Joovy Caboose Ultralight and LOVED it! I got it off ebay and was so happy to have it. I also had considered 2 strollers, but am SOOO glad I had the Joovy!

DS slept in it several times, and my other DS used it as well. It came in handy during busy park closings when it's really crowded....we put both boys in it and off we went! It also made getting on/off boats/buses easier as there were bags and a baby to hold while hubby folded the stroller. I'm not sure we could've done it with 2 strollers to fold.

You said the eldest was hardly in the stroller, so the baby and the middle kid could use the 2 seats most of the time. The times you mentioned the oldest one needing to ride seem like amounts of time that would be doable with the baby being worn.

Yeah, we have the 2 MacClarens that really are the PERFECT Disney strollers so I am leaning towards just bringing the 2 and when a older kid wants to ride, I'll just wear the baby. I have a bjorn, hip hammock and a moby wrap. I'm more confused now then before!:confused3

So we go in two days and I sued a baby trend s&s in NYC and boy, was THAT a pain. The kids were fighting over who got what seat and it was heavy and bulky and not for me. We are taking one Mac and the Graco for the baby. The kids can switch off the Mac. I am also bring the ergo and hip hammock in case of kid crash. Thanks for everyone's advice. I'll let you know how it went.

We bought the Joovy Caboose for our first Disney trip and loved it! So much that we deemed it the Disney Stroller. It's heavy when folded, but lightweight to push and we bought it specifically for Disney so we got a very distinctive color (lemon yellow and black) and we could pick it out in a sea of strollers in seconds. The only downside was no cupholders, but we bought the accessory caddy for it and it's been perfect (we also bought a few stroller hooks for bags).

Agree with your husband -- we have two umbrellas and a SnS (Babytrend). We use the SnS when we're in the mall or know we're staying together. Going to Disney, we use the two umbrellas with the connectors. Made it much easier to take the kids to the different rides that we did need to do together. With three kids, I would wear the baby if the other two are insisting on riding. Our oldest is 5 and he rides when he's tired but can otherwise walk.

I would not want to push the SnS around the park -- esp. if it's crowded.

I LOVE my Joovy Ergo Caboose for so many reasons, and it was fantastic at Disney for my 11 month old and 3yo. I wouldn't buy it if my older kids being 4 and 5, though. If money is a big issue, get a Craigslist cheap double and bring that instead of renting. Then you can resell it when you get home. Much cheaper than renting.
