What do you all do for sippy cups at WDW? How many do you bring, do you wash them at the hotel...

I always have wondered what others do for sippy cups while at the World and wonder if it is better than what we do. We typically bring one for each child that needs to drink for a sippy and just fill it with water and wash it out at the hotel. For milk we bring the disposables and either throw them out or take them back to the hotel and wash them. What do you do?

We use disposables for my twins. I usually bring 3 each and just pack a small bottle of dish soap and wash them out each night in the room.

I used to bring the disposables and toss them after use. No washing for us. Now my dd is older so it isn't an issue.

Trick I learned here.

Buy some of those disposable cloths they sell in the dish soap aisle. Cut them up into small squares. smear some dish soap on each one and let dry. Fold up and store in a ziploc. Grab one, wet and use to wipe down your cups at the resort. Rinse and you are good to go. Just throw out the cloth.

WOW, what a great idea. I seriously never thought of that. Man I wish I would have thought of this when we had to take bottles. I think I will do this! Thanks

Yes, I also did that. DD is now 7 and I still bring them with so that we can wash our refillable mugs at night in our room - rinsing under water just doesn't cut it for me. I also bring a few cloths for drying up from the kitchen at home. Even if you leave the stuff to stand and dry over night, it is nice to have something to stand them on (not on the side of the sink where you clean your teeth, etc.)

I bring about a total of 6. I bring 4-5 just so she has something to drink on the plane. I also bring ice packs and a little bottle carrier (that fits 4 sippy cups.) In the morning I fill them all with juice/milk (always have it delivered to our hotel) and then I can give them to her throughout the day and wash them with soap and a bottle cleaner at the resort. I don't like to travel with the disposable kind, because they leak a lot for us, but that may not be an issue if you're only planning on using them when you're having meals at a table.

I usually bring 1 disposable for each day and just chuck it at the end of the day. This time I am not bringing any. She is turning 3 and I would love to just get rid of them all together!!
