Sinus Headache -- Ugh

<font color=navy>I woke up with another dumb sinus headache this morning.

I've taken sudafed sinus headache, and then waited an hour & took excedrin.

I'm also inhaling (every now & then) saline solution...

Does anyone have any other ideas how to mitigate sinus pain and pressure while at work?

I've found that Motrin Sinus Headache works really well for me.

Sorry you have a nasty headache Mary Jo I get those all the time (or used to). Truthfully the best thing I have found for sinus pressure is 12 hour slow release pseudoephedrine (either Sudafed brand or the off brands -- what I get). Regular Sudafed or Sudafed sinus head ache doesn't work as good for the pressure. For the pain I just take advil separate (as this way costs less than the combo ones and I swear it works better for me). Also be sure to drink liquids... hot tea usually helps me too. I hope it goes away for you soon!

UGH, sinus headaches are miserable. I often get sinus infections and the only thing that helps at all is to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. I have ordinary run of the mill sinus headaches when the weather changes drastically and quick, then I find that Alka Seltzer Allergy/Cold formula works quickly and Sinutabs work fairly well but a little slower.
