hi I am going for 11 days in Feb as a single traveller with no food plan. Just wondering if anyone has any budget advice for me?

I aim to have £1700 for the trip, but lowest will be £1000.

So in US dollars, at the current exchange rate, you will have between $1315 - $2236. What does this budget need to include? Transportation? Room? Food? Tickets?

Will you stay onsite or off? Rent a car? Have kitchen facilities?

If this money is solely for food, not souvenirs or alcohol, then you'll be fine. I don't think that I've ever spent $120 per person per day on food and drink. That's your daily amount based on the £1000 budget.

its for food, alcohol, souvenirs, travel to walmart to get some supplies for the room in, for the supplies, and also possible travel to universal and tickets for univerisal .

I rarely spend more than $500 for a 5 night 6 day trip for all of the above except the Universal part and I normally buy either a mask from Italy or a D&B purse both of which can set me back $150. I don't eat in my room either, that is buying all my meals on site.

I'm a light eater so here is normally what I do. Mind you, this is not to save money, it just happens to be the way I eat.
I get a kids egg platter for breakfast at the resort or grab a muffin and coffee at the park, those puppies are so big I can't even eat all of it. If I'm getting a kid's platter I take it back to my room and make coffee in my room with the coffee provided (I stay in moderate and deluxe resorts) I don't drink soft drinks, I don't at home either I'm a water drinker so I get the free water at the parks. If I eat QS, normally again I'll eat a kid's meal, again I'm not a big eater and water. If I'm eating TS, normally I'll get two appetizers, a glass of wine or two and maybe a dessert. I'm not a fan of desserts so that isn't every meal. I rarely snack between meals but if I do, it's most likely a piece of fruit, you can get it in every park. When I'm in Epcot, I'll often just grab something like spring rolls in China or Nachos in Mexico or my all time favorite go to LaCava in Mexico for a margerita, guac and cheese dip and chips, that is a meal for me. I prefer to do 5 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals.
