Single rider @ rope drop?

Does anyone know if single rider lines start at park opening? Or do they usually wait a little bit to start them? It’s just my husband, me, and our toddler so we will have to ride single anyway.

I have done RSR single rider right at rope drop many times. It is actually the best and you can go on multiple times in a row with a very short wait.

It sometimes is delayed by a few minutes. If you're at the front of the pack for Racers, it's usually faster to just go through the regular line rather than wait for them to open up Single Rider. But if you were at the back of the pack or coming from the Grand Californian entrance then single rider is a good option.

Ok, great! Maybe I will ride 1 other ride first and then head to the single rider line. Hopefully it will be open by then, and the wait won’t be too bad.
