Does anyone know where to find a full list of rides with single rider queues in all of the WDW parks?

There are only a few in Disney World

Test Track
Expedition Everest
Rock n Rollercoaster

Flight of Passage was built with one but to this day they haven’t opened it

some other rides will look to fill empty seats and pull single riders or small groups (like 2) from further back in the main line to fill the empty seats. This can save some time on rides like Tower or Terror, Soarin, etc but it isn’t a HUGE time savings

The above is correct - I will add MFSR and the following notes:

Test Track single rider line will bypass the design a vehicle preshow so If you want to design your vehicle go in through the gift shop (exit) to the vehicle showroom and use a design a car station there. Save your vehicle to your MB and then enter the Single Rider line, when your placed in a vehicle tap your band and see how your car does!

Everest - best single rider line on property, you can see how long it is before entering and it moves fast.

RnRc - can sometimes be longer than the standby line if the cm loading is pairing odd and even number parties instead of pulling singles. Also due to the preshow this line can be very long so we personally avoid this SR line.

The new ride in the studios - MFSR has a single rider line, I haven't done it personally but my dd's have used it often and found shorter waits. Be aware that if you use the SR for this ride you will most likely get the engineer role as they are the last seats to be filled.

When I did single rider line at TT, I went into the car design area from the line and then continued on into the single rider line. That was on December 3. It was the first time that happened, and I wondered if it was a new thing. I of course created the car by myself, in a room nearly empty, but then I had that car through the ride.

Is that design a car station the same as the one in the single rider line? I didn't think that one was all that worth doing because you select a design someone else made out of a list.

I don’t know. I rode it twice, once as a single rider and once to use a FP, and they seemed the same to me but I’m not really into the car design part anyway, so I didn’t notice any differences. The single rider line was much faster than when I used the FP, by a long shot, even though I was by myself both times.

when we were there in October, the single rider took you through a design machine. However, the machine only gave you the option to pick one of 8 predesigned cars and you could not modify any of them.

Yeah, that's how it was when we rode in 2015--I think that's the standard single rider experience on TT. My understanding is that the gift shop machine will let you do the full design process, and that it doesn't have a time limit. I'm not positive, but I think if you design a car and want to keep using it that same day, it's best not to tap into the design machine in the queue--just walk past and don't tap anything until you get to your ride vehicle to avoid having your design overwritten.

No - the one in the showroom has all the same options as the preshow - just skip the one in the single rider line (honestly I forgot that was an option!).

FoP did build one but it’s removed
It will never have one

In my experience, the wait on Smuggler's Run was about the same as Stand By. They currently do not have FP so Stand By moves pretty quick. I felt that it took almost as long and, yeah, you will get the Engineer role which some people don't like.
