Are they still around? Plus, does anybody know what the lines will be like the last week of April?

It's not expected to be very busy the last week in April. Single rider lines are available at MIB and Mummy almost all the time. They are sometimes available at Hulk, Spiderman, Dudley, and Jurassic Park.
