I hadn't seen the following info on this board (although, I'm sure it's here), so I thought I'd post the following single-rider line info:

Screamin' California - ask the CM at the entrace to the ride for a single-rider pass. He'll direct you to the single-rider line (you will NOT see any sign).

Maliboomer - all the way to the left of the main entrance (you'll see the sign).

Mulholland Madness - all the way to the left of the main entrance (you'll see the sign).

These were the only ones I noticed during our first-time-ever visit last week (spent a couple of days there).

If you know of any others, please post.

This info is actually listed in the park maps. Next to the attraction listing, there's a blue "S" indicating you can ask for a Single rider pass for it.
It's great, though!!! I just got back last night from our trip, and I miss DL already. I'm at work here and I have the Tiki room music in my head. :cool1:

I never knew Screamin' had a single rider line! It's not advertised and I hardly look at a park map anyway.

My friend & I were there earlier this year, and were able to ride California Screamin' 3 times within 15 minutes, while others were waiting in line for 45 minutes. :)

Is this on the paper park maps they hand out to you?

As a solo headed to DL right after July 17th, Thanks so much for that info!

Is there a single riders line on Indiana Jones still?

Yep :) And often times you end up on the same car (sometimes right behind or infront....or even next to!) other 'single riders' in your group. You just ask the guy at the front of the line for a single rider pass.

I just happen to have a DL map sitting here (we went Monday) and Indian is not listed as a single rider line????? The only ride that it lists as 'single rider' with the little S symbol is Splash Mountain. I've never done SR there (not a SM fan). The only ride on the DL side that I've done SR on other than Indiana Jones was 'Rocket Rods' or whatever that short lived Tomorrowland ride was.

Thanks! This is great info, because there are rides that DH will want to go on that the kids either can't/won't.

We've also done the baby swap thing WITH single rider :) For instance, if we're there with a group maybe the husbands will single ride and get the baby swap, then the wives use the baby swap and can sit together :) I think it's officially against the rules, but almost everyone lets us do it :)

NO--Indy no longer offers Single Rider lines--hasn't in almost a year. The make everyone watch the safelty film now.

I have heard a lot of people talk about Indiana Jones single rider lines. I was at Disneyland on May 20, 2005, for my birthday celebration, and they did not have single rider lines, I even asked various members of the Indiana Jones staff, is there a secret to taking advantage of the Indiana Jones single rider line? Or did they stop it all together?

Haven't been able to do Indy as a single rider in probably a year now. Boy do I miss it. About a year ago, they started making everyone watch the safety video. At first they still allowed single riders to line up in a different queue, but then they would only let 1 single rider in with each group to watch the video. Shortly after, they stopped allowing single riders all together.

In CA, I don't think anyone has mentioned Grizzly River Run yet. Also, though not technically a single rider line, often on Tower of Terror, they will ask for single guests checking in when you are in the boiler room.

What safety video is everyone talking about? I rode Indiana Jones on May 20, 2005, and there was no video. The line was, without Fast Pass or single rider, a 20 minute wait, but I swear I spent half of that just going around and about in the queue because it never really stopped until we got near the entrance to the ride, then it was a good 10 minutes. Never saw any video though, maybe they only use it when it's crowded?

Its a pretty well themed video. It plays in the last room before you enter the loading area and head up the stairs. Its disguised as a tourist video explaining the 'vacation' you can take at the temple, but it does tell you about seat belts and how the ride will be bumpy.

After you enter a room that makes you walk in a circle around some barrels, then you enter the screening room. Usually they let one group in as one group is leaving. One side takes you through a winding trail, the other is a straight line. Just as the video comes to an end, they let one side leave and the other enters.

Yes, they stopped it a couple of weeks before I got there the 4th of July, 2004. Which was bad timing for me. One of my CMs from my store was just there and he said they were handing out the tickets for single rider but then stopped during the days because they had handed out too many? I'm not quite sure how accurate that might be but it is what he said.
