Single rider lines back!

Haven't seen this posted elsewhere yet - OC Register is reporting [link] that single rider lines returned today at both DLP and DCA. For DLP, SR was operating at Space, Indy, Falcon, Star Tours, and Splash, and for DCA at RSR, Incredicoaster, and GRR. Anyone there today confirm if those SR lines were open all day?

I know, the wait times have been great when I peruse the app. I think it's more like a mental relief for me to have a bunch of maxpasses stacked up, particularly for when we return after our afternoon break. I'm a huge planner though, so I love structure

Disboards helps me once again - we did single rider for RSR today and walked on when the standby was 50 min. Seems like people don’t know single rider is back! Thank you, OP, for posting this!

So, can confirm it’s back at RSR, which is where it matters the most.

I was there yesterday. They had single rider at RSR and Splash. I didn't see single rider at Space Mountain, but when we rode it, the wait was only 10 min. I didn't see any on Indiana Jones, but again, when we rode it, it was practically walk on.

At Indy pre covid you had to ask the CM and they send you up the exit with a slip of paper that tells the next CM you are a single rider. At space if it’s running the sign is next to the exit with an arrow pointing where to go.

I get single rider lines as a thing, but I have always been bothered by it in Splash. Yes, you get separate seats, but how close do they seat you to a stranger? I don’t want some rando sitting between my legs.

On splash there is a backrest between every rider... the single rider is ALMOST always seated in the back of the log (which is the double wide seat)

I feel like I get less wet back there too which is nice IMO... anyone agree or have I just gotten lucky?

Hilariously my husband and I rode it in the single rider line, and they put us together, and we went in the front because the other two groups in our log were mothers of young children and neither wanted the front. That was unexpected- and wet.

My daughter is at Dland today. Rode Racers twice, both times with about a 10 minute wait. Wait time for the standby line was listed at 60 minutes.
They both got in the same car anyway as single riders, so overall a great experience.

Single Rider for RSR is so key since it's a 6 seater when most groups come in 4s.
I guess this means if you are in a group of 4, they will now pack the car.
I was there a few days ago and they weren't filling cars. If you came as a group of 4, you got your own car.

Single Rider for incredicoaster will help the loaders with some mental math. Now, single riders can just walk up and get row 5 which is a single seater anyway.
Before that, Loaders were looking for groups of 3 to fill that 5th row single seater.

Opening Single Rider when capacity is still capped... boy those wait times will get even better. Dream scenario for those who want to ride alot of rides.

Depends if the person behind you is like 6'4" and wants to stretch their legs out.
Maybe get a poncho and give it to the person behind you. If they wear it, usually they won't stretch their legs out.. they'll curl up and hide their legs under the poncho
