Single parent visiting Disney during Jersey Week

I'm wondering if there is any single parents taking their crew to Disney during the first week of November "aka Jersey Week". This is my first trip flying solo with my 12 year old daughter. My sister and her daughter usually go with us, but finances didn't allow her this year. My daughter likes the big rides (rockin roller coaster, tower of terror, etc) and I can't handle them. I'm worried that she wont have as much fun as she can. Any suggestions to help make her trip awsome.
