single color designs

We're going in a few weeks, and I wanted to do some cool shirts for the family like we did last time. Then I bought transfer paper and ran it through the computer for our designs. They looked great on the trip, but they didn't really hold up that well. This time I have the ability to screenprint our shirts (we have started a small screenprint shop in our garage), but I want to keep it simple for my husband, who does all the screenprinting. Anybody got any cool single color designs they would like to share?
