I have 16.000 points. Is there any way of getting Disney passes out of this at all? Any exchange to another plan? I know. I think I'm dreaming.

No, the passes are quite pricey - they start at 39,000 points. However, as the previous poster mentioned, you can get a night at an all-star during value season for those points (14,000) ...

Your best bet if you want to "cash" in the points rather than save them for flights, is to go for the gift cards. They start at 5,500 points for $50 gift card. Lots of retailers are available. Check out aeroplan.com for the selections.

Purchasing park passes with Aeroplan points is a waste of your resources. That 7 day adult MYW hopper will set you back 39,000 Aeroplan points. The value of that same pass is $281.16 at the gate.

For 40,000 Aeroplan points you can get a return ticket in Air Canada's Executive First class anywhere in North America -- a value of $3000+ at the airport gate.
