On the trip: Myself (38), DW (37), DS3 (almost 4), DD2, and DS2; going on the Deluxe Dining Plan

In general (Epcot is an exception), we're sticking with 2 ADRs/day and will "wing" the third meal; either just trying walk-up or going CS. Going for a character breakfast each day for the kids (who am I kidding, I love them too!) except departure day, where we'll want to hit "favorite rides" one more time before hitting the road.

Bookings:

Sun (Arrive): Dinner - Boatwright's (staying at POR)
Mon (MK): Breakfast - Chef Mickey's; Dinner - Wolfgang Puck
Tue (DHS): Breakfast - Hollywood & Vine; Dinner - Sci-Fi Dine In
Wed (MK): Breakfast - Crystal Palace; Lunch - Liberty Tree Tavern
Thu (Epcot): Breakfast - Akerhaus; Lunch - Coral Reef; Dinner - Rose & Crown
Fri (MK): Breakfast - CRT; Dinner - Tony's Town Square
Sat (AK): Breakfast - Tusker House; Dinner - Hoop De Doo Revue
Sun (MK/Depart): Lunch - Crystal Palace

I think that you have a lot of 1TS meals for the Deluxe plan, which requires you to do 3 sit-downs a day if you want to use your 1TS credits. I think that will be hard with your young children.

I would consider changing to the Disney Dining Plan so you have to use up less TS credits and then you can be more flexible. I do not think Deluxe will give you value (mainly because of the age of your children).

We did the same (although ofter did3 TS meals). It was fantastic! A LOT of food, yes...but you don't have to overload. We had primarily character meals and the kids LOVED them. We were not rushed through meals (although they often brought the check just after seating) and it forced us to take a break.
2 warnings (maybe just cause it was over Chrsitmas): Sci-Fi dinner was jammed pack and running at least 30 behind on ADRs AND CP Seemed to take forever to see all the characters...but was a fun time.
Oh, and we smelled the sweetest scent when we walked through the doors of Tusker House.

Bookings:

Sun (Arrive): Dinner - Boatwright's (staying at POR) Worse meal and service of our trip September 07 and we won't go back; but we are trying breakfast in September 09 because DH wants the sweet potato pancakes
Mon (MK): Breakfast - Chef Mickey's always fun; Dinner - Wolfgang Puckhaven't been there since they first opened
Tue (DHS): Breakfast - Hollywood & Vine hated dinner--couldn't pay us to go back; never done breakfast; Dinner - Sci-Fi Dine In one of our kids all time favs--haven't done since they both traveled with us in 2000
Wed (MK): Breakfast - Crystal Palace--our MUST DO every year for breakfast; Lunch - Liberty Tree Tavern did this in 2007 for the very first time and really enjoyed our meal
Thu (Epcot): Breakfast - Akerhausdid lunch in 2007 and it was so-so--we've been told breakfast is better for picky eaters; Lunch - Coral Reef--haven't done in years--have read good and bad lately; Dinner - Rose & Crown one of our favorites--we alternate this with Biergarten every other year
Fri (MK): Breakfast - CRT--never done--our boys would not be caught dead eating in a castle with a princess :lmao: ; Dinner - Tony's Town Square--we've done a couple of times--we prefer lunch only because the portions are smaller and not so crowded, but we always enjoyed the food
Sat (AK): Breakfast - Tusker House; Dinner - Hoop De Doo Revue have never done either one of these
Sun (MK/Depart): Lunch - Crystal Palace
we've only done breakfast so don't know how lunch is. We always do the Plaza Restaurant for our last meal on our way to the airport (also at the MK)

I think your ADRs look great, we did several of the same places on our Oct trip. We love character meals too.

My only comment is that you have CP twice, bfast and lunch. I would suggest changing one of them to Cape May Cafe for bfast either Wed morning or Sun morning. We tried it for the first time in oct and really enjoyed it. Minnie, Goofy, Donald were in beach clothes and the buffet was pretty good. Otherwise maybe 1900 park fare before MK on Wed (staying on monorail)

The Sunday lunch was a last-minute addition. We originally thought about doing an off-site character breakfast and then hitting the road, but we decided that since we have an extra day park ticket (with the 4/3 promotion), we'd just do MK at rope drop (which precludes eating off-site) and simply do Pooh again on our way out of the park, back to the car and the drive home ().

We could do something else like the Plaza, but it'll have been several days between seeing Pooh & co., so we decided to go for it.

OK I will say most look good, some I've never done. But be very wary of the sci-fi. I hated dining there with my then nearly 2 year old. The set up would be cool for older kids, but not when you child needs help eating.
