they were outside the ride in June when we went - I am sure they are out at certain times during the day.

My daughter had her picture taken with the whole Simpson family when we were there in June. The picture is in my signature. They were near the horror movie make up show. I think there also might have been individual characters out by the Simpson's ride.

They are still out in the park. We were there July 18, 19, 20 and saw them briefly. They are very popular. We got there 10 minutes after they did and the line was already cut off.

Also - The Simpsons breakfast must not be too crowded. When we walked by, Team Member were out trying to get people to eat there.
We'd already eaten breakfast so we didn't do it.
