What kind of cost are we looking at for a family of five, all kids are older than 10.

Is it just available for breakfast ?

Also, how much in advance should I consider booking this, if we are going in October ?

Thanks

David

Any idea how far in advance to consider making reservation ? I hate to lock myself to a date so early, but really want to do this ..

I'd wait and call right before you leave on vacation.

hi were just back yesterday from florida and we had a character
breakfast. There were only 4 families there so we spent loads of time
with the characters. At first marge, homer, jimmy neutron and dora the explorer were there then after half an hour they went away and were
replaced by bart, lisa, shaggy and scooby.its well worth the money.:)

wow, talk about killing 3 birds with one stone. DS loves scooby, DD10 loves the Simpsons and DD6 loves Dora

We will be there in the last week of August, hope the trial is still running then.

Glad you enjoyed it.

I wish they opened it a little before opening time like Disney does. I'm not going to waste the first hour of park opening eating while there are no lines for the rides. :(

same here, i would really love to try the breakfast!

Is the Simpson Breakfast the one that Dora and Scooby came out? I thought at one point in time there was a character breakfast with Spiderman does it still exist? Also we are going in September and haven't been to Universal in 15+ years - how are the crowds and what should we NOT MISS!!

Thanks!!

gee, i was thinking just opposite.
i was wishing that disney would do the morning breakfast places like Universal does it. open them up when the park lets the guests in at 9....or 8 on emh days.

i don't think of it as wasting park time eating, more like, less crowds for the park when everyone gets in at the same time. you know, the way Universal does it.

can't say that im a fan of the food @ this site, average @ best imo:confused3

has anybody tried the breakfast grub yet or is it all about photo time w/ The Simpsons;)

What?! Not like Disney where you need to know where you want to eat 180 days + 10 days ahead of time? The horror that you don't have to plan everything down to a 'T' and lock yourself into a meal agenda 6 months ahead of time at Universal. :lmao:

I have got to do this meal with the Simpsons! I also want to do breakfast with the Grinch!!!!!

Thank you for posting this!

Hey guys
Just got off the phone to Universal and I've booked the Simpsons breakfast for the 5 of us on the 29th August.

I asked if they were only taking bookings two weeks in advance and I was advised that they have been told to take bookings for the whole of August now.

Thought I would let you guys know

Scott

sounds like this breakfast is the hot ticket........

less disappointed families now.
book early and no fretting of being left out.

thanks for sharing the info.:thumbsup2

That's encouraging news. It sounds like they plan on keeping it.
