Silver springs, etc magic beyond Disney?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before.

We are coming for two weeks at the end of August. We have 14 days Disney access but I wanted to know what else there was that was special outside of Disney.

We have been to Disney 6 times and have also been to Universal, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and Seaworld, and we only enjoy Seaworld as much as Disney, but Kennedy was also very good.

I hire a car and I want to know what else is magical for a half day within an hours drive or so from DTD.

Silver Springs is a nice change if you are into nature.But the drive would be at least 90 min. to 2 hours.
We also enjoyed an Airboatride at Boggy creek and the Boattour at Winterpark.
